Utilities

The Town of Hagerstown managers the electric, water and sewer utilities as well as the street department and the cemetery. The utility rates are set by statute and are available through the Hagerstown Code of Ordinances.

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 4:00pm.                Friday:  7:00am – 3:00pm

Payment Options

• For payments at the Administration Office, we accept cash, check or credit/debit card during business hours on weekdays.
• For credit or debit card payment by telephone, the toll-free number to call is 866-480-8552.
• For credit or debit card payment online, the website is Paygov.us.
